Electrical installations

Our core trade since 2001. We install low-voltage systems from the incoming supply to the last socket outlet, test them to the Abu Dhabi Electricity Wiring Regulations and hand them over with complete records.

Mechanical & HVAC

Mechanical works under our Mechanical Contracting licence activity: cooling, ventilation and the pipework and equipment that serve them, coordinated with the electrical works we install alongside.

Plumbing & drainage

The sanitary half of our name. Domestic water, drainage and sanitary installations, pressure-tested and flushed before handover.

• Water heaters, tanks and booster pump sets
• Pressure testing, flushing and disinfection

Maintenance & renovation

Schools, municipal buildings and police facilities have been part of our work for over fifteen years, much of it carried out while the buildings stayed in use.

Telecom towers

A licensed activity that complements our electrical work: erection, repair and electrical connection of wireless transmission towers.

Fire & ELV packages

Where a package includes fire protection or low-current systems, we deliver them through Civil Defence-approved and specialist partners under our coordination, so the main contractor deals with one MEP subcontractor.

• Structured cabling and data
